come home

My uncle Brigham is in Texas getting ready to be deployed to Afghanistan. He wasn't able to be here for our family reunion or the birth of his sixth child. While my aunt Tyra was in the hopsital, my mom, my grandma, my aunts, and I all took turns being with her. I was lucky enough to get to see their little guy be born, which was an amazing experience.

I made this video for Brigham and his family :)

p.s. We got a life size cardboard cut-out of Brigham to put in all of the family pictures during the reunion. I had a heart attack on several occasions when I thought I was the only person in the room only to turn around and see flat Brig standing right next to me.

p.p.s. Happy Fourth of July two and a half weeks late :)

payin dat forward

Soooooooo
Lauren and her bestie Molly are pretty much the cutest thing I've ever seen.

I absolutely loved the pictures Brooke and me and I was so grateful that Nathan Webb took the time to do it, so for my "Pay It Forward" summer leadership project, I did Lauren and Molly's a couple days ago with my trustee digital cam from Freddie's.

we had a blast :)
